    Description du poste

    Directeur Technique (H/F)

    Responsabilités :

    1. Veiller au maintien et à l'amélioration des actifs des hôtels sous contrat de Gestion.
    2. Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations en matière de sécurité, de santé et d'environnement.
    3. Gérer les budgets de maintenance et suivre les plans d'investissement.
    4. Superviser et encadrer l'équipe Technique, y compris le recrutement, la formation et la gestion des performances.
    5. Superviser les programmes de maintenance préventive et veiller à ce que les réparations et les tâches de maintenance soient effectuées de manière efficace et dans les délais impartis.
    6. Évaluer et recommander de nouvelles technologies et de nouveaux équipements afin d'améliorer l'efficacité énergétique et de réduire les coûts.
    7. Collaborer avec d'autres départements, tels que les opérations et les finances, pour développer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de réduction des coûts.

    Qualifications :

    Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :

    1. Licence en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe, avec un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions d'ingénierie, de préférence dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie.
    2. Solide connaissance des normes et réglementations en matière de sécurité, de santé et d'environnement.
    3. Expérience de la gestion des budgets de maintenance et des plans d'investissement.
    4. Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de superviser et d'encadrer une équipe diversifiée d'ingénieurs.
    5. Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
    6. Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
    7. Maîtrise de l'arabe, du français et de l'anglais.
