Description

Role:

A Reason to Get Up and Care Administration Officer as part of the
halow project, a charity providing support to adults with learning disabilities.


Location:
Central Guildford Office (some hybrid working available)


Hours: 22.5 hours per week (7.5hours a day, 3 Days a week)


Salary:
£13,800 (pro-rated from £23,000 based on 37.5 hours per week)


Annual Leave: 33 days pro-rata, inclusive of bank holidays.

About The Role


We are seeking an
ARTGU and Care Administration Officer to work across the ARTGU (social and vocational activities programme) and Care Teams at
halow to proactively deliver first class administrative support.

This role is vital in enabling the team to deliver our range of services and provide support to adults with learning disabilities and autism across Surrey.


The nature of this role means that you must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Please note we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship.


To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate effective communication across a team with prior administration support experience, knowledge of data entry and managing team calendars, an understanding of planning staff rotas and holiday requests, updating support assessments and a willingness to make and prepare for activity sessions, ideally backed up by further training and experience.
