Senior Brand Strategist


My client is one of the industry's leading strategic branding and digital agencies, working with some of the world's most ambitious, innovative and game-changing businesses.


Due a sustained period of growth and natural evolution, they are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Strategist to join them.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape an ambitious and multi-award winning agency with big plans.


The role:


The Senior Brand Strategists play a key role in the inputs and insights on the project teams and are responsible for the thinking that shapes client recommendations and creative territories.


They are looking for someone that can combine rigorous analysis and research with brave, bold and creative thinking that delivers game changing results: someone with strong research, critical thinking, and communication skills, and a passion and desire not only to create brands that people love but also to challenge the status quo of what a brand can be and the role it plays in corporate decision making.


In this role the Senior Brand Strategist will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring the agency delivers effective brand strategies across all clients and when needed on for new business pitches 2. Work collaboratively with the Creative Director and designers to ensure that developing strategies and briefs have potential to produce great creative work; and provide constructive input with teams during creative development to help ensure work is as effective as possible 3. Be responsible for all aspects of strategy development, consultancy and evaluation on client projects that you lead on 4. Continually develop and improve the agency's services and practices 5. Support agency marketing activities when needed, including writing or commissioning targeted articles.

Must demonstrate experience in:

  • A working knowledge of the broad range of brand building blocks — purpose, value proposition, brand architecture, positioning, messaging.


Developing and presenting insights, brand strategies, campaign strategies and project proposals that lead to effective creative work - across a variety of sectors You can perform primary research and/or manage a research partner across a range of methodologies—quantitative and qualitative, online and offline.


  • You can link corporate and brand strategy, and translate that strategy for product, services, design and experience.
  • Organize and elevate findings from multiple secondary sources into a clear, concise and compelling presentation of insights and recommendations.


Collaborating effectively with creative teams, C-Level and senior client teams (beyond the marketing department) and media partners in development and delivery You collaborate well and take ownership when appropriate.

You're able to work across different groups and disciplines to push work forward.

You are curious and comfortable with ambiguity, asking insightful questions and taking leaps when necessary, challenges the status quo of branding You have your radar tuned to new and emerging trends Excellent presentation skills Evaluation of effectiveness Have a passion for creativity and design

Salary:
£55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
