Orka Financial is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client based in Bracknell, the position sits within the wider finance team and is looking for an immediate start.


Responsibilities

  • Management of the weekly subcontractor payment run
  • Ownership of the payment runs for each company
  • Processing of invoices
  • Reconciliation of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledger
  • Checking subcontractor tax deductions
  • Preparing the expenses runs and ensuring claims are within company policy
  • Ensure payments are raised in accordance with agreed payment terms with suppliers

Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Calm, assertive and good teamplayer
  • Methodical, attention to detail and accuracy.
