Key Information:


Salary:
Starting salary £28,500 per annum (full time equivalent), based on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Future progression is based on annual performance review.


Hours per week: 28 hours per week (Part Time)


Location:

May be based at either Sutton or Chelsea but you will be expected to work from either site from time to time.

This role is eligible for hybrid working.

As a Wellbeing and Occupational Health Co-ordinator your role will be to support staff and student retention, achievement, and satisfaction by providing a range of services to enhance wellbeing and ensure that all staff and students have access to a range of support appropriate to their needs.

The aim is to ensure that services are visible, effective, and tailored to the needs of our organisation, and makes a key contribution to the ICR's mission to support all our colleagues, whatever their background, to reach their full potential in helping us make the discoveries that defeat cancer.

We work closely with the Learning and Organisational Development team, which is also part of the wider HR Directorate.
