What is the Customer Service Consultant job?


ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:


  • Developing strong relationships with all clients predominantly within the warehousing, logistics and commercial industries.
  • Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
  • Communicating with customers regularly creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.
  • Maximising the business potential and market share within the existing client base.

RECRUITMENT:


  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants.


You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in the on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.

What skills and attributes does a Customer Service Consultant need?

  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • A drive to overcome challenges and problem solve.
  • A genuine desire to succeed and develop your career.
  • A team player attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience in a sales environment would be advantageous.
  • Educated ideally to A level standard.
