My client in Biggleswade are looking for a temporary member to join their team to help assist with Credit Control.

You will be working within a team of 5 in the accounts department
This is an ongoing position that could lead to a permanent post.
Monday to Thursday 8:30am -5pm and 4:30pm on a Friday
£12/£13ph
Parking available

Brief duties as a Credit Controller:

  • Daily Credit Control, chasing UK and Foreign debts, mitigating the risk of payment default and ensuring all notes and follow up dates are entered into the Credit Management System.
  • Raising manual invoices/credit notes and scanning all including backing documents on a weekly basis.
  • Daily check of credit limits in the system, requesting changes where required and updating system accordingly. Reviewing any orders that go onto credit hold and releasing where appropriate
  • Other duties as requested

What you will need as a Credit Controller:

  • Effective communicator
  • Experience of Sage 1000
  • Work well under pressure and self motivated
  • Team player
