Aesthetic Health Leeds are looking to recruit a part-time (30 hours per week) Patient Relations Team Member who will take pride in their work and continue to provide a safe and pleasant environment for our valued customers.

We are particular and precise; our bespoke treatment plans are designed to safely deliver the desired results in the most natural ways, whilst ensuring that our patients are comfortable and at ease throughout the entire treatment journey.
-Management and scheduling of treatment plans post treatment and by telephone ensuring members feel attentively served, and their prescriptions are optimally scheduled, delivered and managed, through 'active care'.

Diary Management, ensuring diary capacity is optimised and maintained at all times.

Supporting the Clinical team, ensuring covid infection control standards

Provide Patient Relations, to clinic patients (on and off-site) and visitors, serving to the highest level of customer service.

Performing Discovery Consultations, ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.

Medical Referrals, internal / external referrals ensuring that a full handover is provided to the responsible clinical team member.
Essential Skills & Abilities
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Outstanding listening skills, empathy with patients' needs and concerns, professionalism and discretion in dealing with varied and challenging situations
- Ability to convey a positive attitude in all dealings with others, whether patients or staff members
- Highly motivated and works well under pressure
