Role Information

DUTIES

  • Identify and generate apprenticeship learner leads and/or vacancies through B2B cold calling and social media activity such as LinkedIn
  • Utilise the CRM system to maintain client information and track activity
  • Identify decision makers within employer to promote the benefits of apprenticeships
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from the marketing team
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external organisations and ensure appropriate cross selling where necessary
  • Work collaboratively to ensure large Levy opportunities are handed off to the appropriate stakeholders within the business development team.
  • Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
  • Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role
  • Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

  • Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be always vigilant to potential concerns and risks

EXPERIENCE
Experience in a customer service / sales role
Office based experience and experience of outbound calls would be beneficial


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Tenacious
Outstanding telephone manner
Resilient
Knowledge of the apprenticeship sector would be beneficial

    Essential Criteria
  • Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. This means for some of our roles, we need to carry out certain checks to ascertain someone's suitability for working with learners.
As this role will not include regulated activity with learners, a DBS is not required. However, you will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove their eligibility to work in the UK.
