Customer Analytics Consultant

London

Up to £65,000
Your analytical insights will be presented to senior stakeholders having a large impact on the business strategies.

You will get the opportunity to be hands-on with millions of rows of data while also making recommendations for the wider business.

YOUR ROLE:

Key part of producing customer insight for multiple wellknown brands.
You will use SQL to code and query the database in order to derive insights for the company.
You will work on customer retention and acquisition strategies
You will be trained on Python/R and learn more statistical modelling
You will be a part of advanced analytics work too e.g. modelling and personalisation

YOUR SKILLS:

Commercial experience in SQL
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
You will ideally have had exposure to statistical tools
R/Python/SAS
You will have experience within customer insight and marketing functions
Ideally you will have experience analysing customer, transactional and/or online data

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Earning potential of up to £65,000.
