Hours of Work:
Mon - Thu 08:30-17:00, Fri 08:30-15:45 (Hybrid Working)

The Trainee

Contracts

Administrator shall:

Prepare and submit accounts for works completed by Graham Direct Employees & Subcontractors
:
Audit sub-contractor accounts prior to being submitted to the Client
Communicate with Sub-Contractors to request documentation to assist in the resolution of account queries
Liaise with Graham Helpdesk to aid the preparation of accounts
Liaise with Client representatives to resolve account queries
Maintain and update Graham Internal Systems associated to above duties
Assist in the preparation of reports
Meet Client Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Any other administrative duties when required

About You:

Essential

Criteria

GCSE English at minimum grade D or equivalent
Competent IT Skills to include Microsoft Word/Excel

Desirable Criteria

NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent
Minimum of one year's administrator experience in a busy pressurised environment
Experience of Pricing submissions/invoice generation
Experience of facilities management or a related service industry
