Hours of Work:
Mon - Thu 08:30-17:00, Fri 08:30-15:45 (Hybrid Working)

The Trainee
Contracts
Administrator shall:
- Prepare and submit accounts for works completed by Graham Direct Employees & Subcontractors
: - Audit sub-contractor accounts prior to being submitted to the Client
- Communicate with Sub-Contractors to request documentation to assist in the resolution of account queries
- Liaise with Graham Helpdesk to aid the preparation of accounts
- Liaise with Client representatives to resolve account queries
- Maintain and update Graham Internal Systems associated to above duties
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Meet Client Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Any other administrative duties when required
About You:
Essential
Criteria
- GCSE English at minimum grade D or equivalent
- Competent IT Skills to include Microsoft Word/Excel
Desirable Criteria
- NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of one year's administrator experience in a busy pressurised environment
- Experience of Pricing submissions/invoice generation
- Experience of facilities management or a related service industry
