We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join an expanding practice. You will be joining a market-leading and innovative business as a Project Manager within their Pricing Team.

This role will sit within their dedicated Project Management team, getting involved in a range of projects working with SMEs to complete both technical and business readiness deliveries.

You will ideally need experience working within or alongside a Pricing Function or have a good understanding of that environment.

Being an advocate for continuous improvement you'll be working in an Agile environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently and effectively delivering a broad range of change activities compromising of multiple, concurrent initiatives and programmes of work.
  • Specific responsibility for the planning and delivery of nontechnical enablers, including integration and communication with nontechnical teams both internally and externally.
  • Plan for the business impact of change, working closely with Product Owners to coordinate all business activities.
  • Adopt appropriate, proportionate governance in line with the defined change category, scale, and delivery approach.
  • Adhere to the Company values always and encourage others to do the same.
  • Ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations always.

Skills:


  • Demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of change activity using a variety of delivery methodologies, e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse change portfolio with concurrent initiatives underpinned by proven dexterity, creativity, and the efficient use of resources.
  • Solid experience of all stages of the project delivery and software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong planning and control expertise
  • Excellent Time Management, organisational and facilitation skills.
  • A flexible & cheerful outlook and approach to working.
  • Formal Project Management qualifications such as APMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management or equivalent.
