Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join an expanding practice. You will be joining a market-leading and innovative business as a Project Manager within their Pricing Team.This role will sit within their dedicated Project Management team, getting involved in a range of projects working with SMEs to complete both technical and business readiness deliveries.
You will ideally need experience working within or alongside a Pricing Function or have a good understanding of that environment.
Being an advocate for continuous improvement you'll be working in an Agile environment.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently and effectively delivering a broad range of change activities compromising of multiple, concurrent initiatives and programmes of work.
- Specific responsibility for the planning and delivery of nontechnical enablers, including integration and communication with nontechnical teams both internally and externally.
- Plan for the business impact of change, working closely with Product Owners to coordinate all business activities.
- Adopt appropriate, proportionate governance in line with the defined change category, scale, and delivery approach.
- Adhere to the Company values always and encourage others to do the same.
- Ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations always.
Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of change activity using a variety of delivery methodologies, e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
- Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse change portfolio with concurrent initiatives underpinned by proven dexterity, creativity, and the efficient use of resources.
- Solid experience of all stages of the project delivery and software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong planning and control expertise
- Excellent Time Management, organisational and facilitation skills.
- A flexible & cheerful outlook and approach to working.
- Formal Project Management qualifications such as APMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management or equivalent.
