Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join an expanding practice. You will be joining a market-leading and innovative business as a Project Manager within their Pricing Team.

This role will sit within their dedicated Project Management team, getting involved in a range of projects working with SMEs to complete both technical and business readiness deliveries.

You will ideally need experience working within or alongside a Pricing Function or have a good understanding of that environment.

Being an advocate for continuous improvement you'll be working in an Agile environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Efficiently and effectively delivering a broad range of change activities compromising of multiple, concurrent initiatives and programmes of work.
Specific responsibility for the planning and delivery of nontechnical enablers, including integration and communication with nontechnical teams both internally and externally.
Plan for the business impact of change, working closely with Product Owners to coordinate all business activities.
Adopt appropriate, proportionate governance in line with the defined change category, scale, and delivery approach.
Adhere to the Company values always and encourage others to do the same.
Ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations always.

Skills:

Demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of change activity using a variety of delivery methodologies, e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse change portfolio with concurrent initiatives underpinned by proven dexterity, creativity, and the efficient use of resources.
Solid experience of all stages of the project delivery and software development lifecycle
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong planning and control expertise
Excellent Time Management, organisational and facilitation skills.
A flexible & cheerful outlook and approach to working.
Formal Project Management qualifications such as APMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management or equivalent.
