We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator in the field of Electrical to join The Bedford College Group at our Bedford location.

Play an essential role in our students' success by:

Supporting apprentices in their workplace to help them develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and core competencies for a successful apprenticeship completion.
Ensuring robust tracking of apprentice progress throughout their program, aligning with all elements of their framework or standard using the OneFile eportfolio system.
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with employers and classroom tutors to ensure continuous communication on apprentice performance and progress.

Requirements:

English and Mathematics or equivalent at GCSE grade A-C.
TAQA L3 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to pursue it.
TAQA L4 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to pursue it.
Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or willingness to work towards it.
