We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator in the field of Electrical to join The Bedford College Group at our Bedford location.




  • Play an essential role in our students' success by:
    • Supporting apprentices in their workplace to help them develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and core competencies for a successful apprenticeship completion.
    • Ensuring robust tracking of apprentice progress throughout their program, aligning with all elements of their framework or standard using the OneFile eportfolio system.
    • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with employers and classroom tutors to ensure continuous communication on apprentice performance and progress.

  • Requirements:
    • English and Mathematics or equivalent at GCSE grade A-C.
    • TAQA L3 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to pursue it.
    • TAQA L4 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to pursue it.
    • Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or willingness to work towards it.
