    Program Manager - Customer Expansion, Amazon Shipping

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Strategy & Integration team in the EU Customer Expansions space. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter who can translate the long-term vision for Amazon Shipping and Product requirements into operational program plans that help the EU business target new customers and new business enablement.

    This will require a true hands-on approach, solid stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills. You will be part of the core team that will be building the Amazon Shipping product operational strategy and implementation plan across EU.

    A Day in the Life

    As a Senior Programme Manager, you'll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes. You'll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.

    With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    About the Team

    Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping's first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience in program or project management
    • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
    • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
    • Experience leading process improvements

    Salary Range: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
