Senior Account Manager, Birmingham, to £42k

With a reputation built on quality and understanding their client's needs and expectations, this successful Birmingham based Agency continues to grow.

Due to this they are looking to appoint an additional Senior Account Manager, to play a key part in directionof client marketing communications campaigns.

Working on a Hybrid basis and reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for:
*On designated accounts, take ownership of client revenue targets and forecasts
*Forge and nurture relationships with clients in your portfolio
*Deliver research and strategic thinking for tenders and new business opportunities, to include attending initial client meetings and take a leading role in pitches and presentations.
*Ensure you have a full understanding of the clients' vision including timelines, budgets, strategies, plans and objectives etc.
*Compile creative briefs, thinking strategically and which provides clear direction to all Teams involved in the project such as Design, Copywriting, PR and Social Media etc
*Review campaigns at key stages to ensure everything is on schedule and is conforming to/exceeding the requirements of the brief.
*Provide analysis and reporting of campaign performance
*Develop Scope of Work documents
*Oversee campaign delivery, co-ordinating Agency teams and liaising with and managing outsourcing
*Lead Client Development Programmes on allocated accounts
*Keep up to date with emerging/growing B2B marketing activities
*Work alongside senior stakeholders and the creative team in developing and delivering robust value propositions and strategies
*Proactively looking at potential opportunities for increase customer spend/activity by discussing/cross selling other services they Agency provides as well as support the achievement of new business targets (UK/Internationally)


Requirements:

*Marketing Communications background, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multichannel marketing campaigns, ideally to include an international element.
*Experience in handling high-profile/key accounts
*Previously working within a Creative Agency environment
*Strategic thinker
*Proven success in winning new business and leading on pitches
*Strong time management, presentation, and communication skills
