Facilities Management Administrator

Glasgow

£21,000


On a typical day you will liaise with engineers, allocate requirements, raise invoices for subcontractors, organise jobs via the requirement portal, assist with/organise reports for the month and support key accounts with administration.


37.5 hours a week:


  • Mon
  • Fri: 08:30 16:30

Main duties include:


  • Communicate with engineers to ensure efficient work
  • Control contractor day sheets, time sheets and expenses
  • Ensure purchase orders are raised correctly
  • Managing holiday/absence reports for contractors
  • Understand and explain client contracts
  • Has experience in an administrative role
  • Has good communication skills
  • Is competent on Microsoft word and excel
