Facilities Management Administrator

On a typical day you will liaise with engineers, allocate requirements, raise invoices for subcontractors, organise jobs via the requirement portal, assist with/organise reports for the month and support key accounts with administration.
37.5 hours a week:
- Mon
- Fri: 08:30 16:30
Main duties include:
- Communicate with engineers to ensure efficient work
- Control contractor day sheets, time sheets and expenses
- Ensure purchase orders are raised correctly
- Managing holiday/absence reports for contractors
- Understand and explain client contracts
- Has experience in an administrative role
- Has good communication skills
- Is competent on Microsoft word and excel
