My client is well-established and reputable within their business sector and are currently looking for an experienced Claims Administrator to join them at a fantastic time of growth.

The Claims administrator will act as an intermediary between policyholders and insurance companies, delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:


  • Servicing a variety of clients to guide and advise them on policy cover and claims process, to ensure that they experience a high level of customer service.
  • Performing day to day administrative tasks keeping claims files and other records fully up to date.
  • You will acknowledge all new claims to both clients and insurers and keep clients full informed and ensure the best outcome for each claim.
  • Ensure that the clients are kept informed during their whole claims process.
  • Establish, build and maintain interpersonal relationships with claimants, agents and insurance company claim departments.
  • Participate in crossteam projects, as required.
  • Provide input underwriters claims experience when requested.

Requirements:


  • General understanding of personal and commercial insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, organisation and time management.
  • Deliver accurate information with attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents and insurers.
  • A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
