The purpose of this role is to lead and manage Programmes and Project within a Public Sector organisation.

The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Leeds.


Description

The main responsibilities of the Programme Manager is:

  • To take day to day responsibility for managing schemes and programmes
  • Support the Senior Programme Managers and Senior Management Team in their role of having oversight of the various funding streams
  • Work alongside the other Programme Managers and Senior Programme Managers to ensure delivery of external projects, the various funding schemes and programmes
  • Work flexibly across the organisation managing a diverse work load of projects and programmes

Profile

The successful Programme Manager will:

  • Have experience of leading a programme/project and a team
  • Be able to start within the next 2 weeks
  • Be able organised and be able to prioritise a workload

Job Offer
