Description

SRJ Windows are now recruiting an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our administration team.

This will be an interesting and varied role supporting several key processes within the business whilst liaising with customers, suppliers and SRJ departments.

This role supports our aftersales service and will involve working closely with and providing administrative support to the installations manager and service technicians.

Duties will range from effectively assessing and dealing with customer queries, scheduling service work, diary planning and travel management to ordering parts and stock.

Prior experience of working in a relevant environment and as part of a team is essential

Experience in the Double-Glazing / Home improvement industry would be beneficial.
