About the Role:

Have you successfully delivered projects to time, cost and quality measures using appropriate methodologies?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to lead the successful delivery of high complexity programmes using the right methodologies and industry best practice.

You will lead the development of the programme delivery strategy and actively implementways to improve delivery.

This role will give you the chance to manage a variety of cross-functional teams including resources, customers and third party suppliers.

It will involve multiple projects, work-streams and components.

This is a challenging and fast-paced role, but in returnyou'll be rewarded with the scope to fast-track your development, and gain exponential amounts of experience in the process.

If you have a proven track record within IT Project Management and ready to take on a tough challenge.

Responsibilities:

Build effective relationships with internal and external customers, proactively managing customer escalations as well as stakeholders
Produce highlight reports and presentations to internal and external customers on project status to aid successful delivery of programmes
Engage and manage resources from all necessary departments, customers and third parties on a matrix management basis
Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of programmes, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, that align with organisational practice
Identify improvement opportunities for delivery and wider processes and ways of working

Experience:

Background in IT (infrastructure, network or hardware), or proven success in IT project management
Prince2 and Agile methodologies
Managed the delivery of large and complex change programmes/projects
Knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes, including risk management
Proven experience in delivering change in multisite organisations
