We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter, Operator who is self-motivated & willing to learn due to continued growth in customer base and orders.
Job Profile:
- Producing prototypes to small batches.
- Setting/Operating CNC Lathe (HASS ST10).
- Creating and editing programs using Fusion 360.
- Read engineering drawings, use measuring equipment and understand tolerances.
- Conduct basic quality inspections of the finished products.
- Assists with general maintenance and upkeep of the machines/workshop.
- Comply with quality and regulatory standards relating to ISO9001:2015.
Ideal Skills:
- Have CNC and manual machine experience in Milling and Turning.
- Setting, operating and programming experience.
- Selfmotivated, flexible, willing to learn and progress within the company.
- High attention to detail.
- A good sense of humour & ability to work as a team member.
- Working with various materials ranging from plastics, aluminium to stainless steels.
