    Job Description

    In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing product support to customers globally. This includes answering incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries to diagnose and troubleshoot common problems remotely. Providing clear and concise technical guidance to customers over the phone, including step-by-step instructions for resolving issues, is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support for products globally via phone and email.
    • Maintain accurate record keeping.
    • Troubleshooting general product inquiries.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Technical Product Support.
    • Experience in remote troubleshooting and dealing with customer inquiries.
    • Deliver excellent Customer service.
    • Must have a high attention to detail when record-keeping.

    Work Environment

    Based 5 days on-site in Salisbury.

    Person Specification

    The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a demanding environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
