We have a new role within the Corporate Services Team, where you will assist the team in the management of ongoing client company service requirements within the Waystone business.

This role will support the Irish team in the day-to-day management of payroll clients, completing reconciliations, cash management and reporting.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • General administration tasks as assigned.
  • Timely and accurately processing of monthly payroll including the calculation of variable amounts due to bonus, holiday pay, overtime.
  • Maintain BIK records, calculate pension and health insurance.
  • General bookkeeping tasks including bank and other postings and account reconciliations
  • Calculation of relevant statutory additions and/or deductions including revenue payments.
  • Assist in adhoc and project requirements as required by senior team members.

Education:


  • A degree, preferably in Finance or Accountancy (desirable).
  • Knowledge of payroll systems (desirable).

Experience:


  • An ability to work on own initiative as part of a wider team.
  • Respect of different views, cultures, and methods with a willingness to embrace them.
  • Effective communication skills and adept at building relationships
  • Ability/experience working in a fastpaced environment with outstanding time management, organizational, oral/written communication skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Office Skills with a focus on Excel.
  • It is essential to be trustworthy and understand the need for confidentiality.
