Our family-run business aims to produce the best high-end industrial furniture in the world. Our mission is simple - to sell high-quality furniture that will last generations with mínimal environmental impact. This happens from our creative design studio and production workshop in Thornbury, England.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop captivating and relevant content across various platforms, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.

Copywriting: Craft persuasive and impactful copy that communicates our clients' value propositions and aligns with their brand voice.

Social Media: Curate a consistent and engaging presence that sparks conversations, builds relationships, and grows our online community.

Graphic Design: Create visually striking graphics, including social media visuals, banners, and promotional materials, that reflect the essence of our brand.

Campaign Strategy: Conceptualise and execute creative marketing campaigns that generate buzz and drive results.

Analytics and Insights: Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to established style guidelines.

External Agencies: Liaise with our external marketing agency and assist with the coordination of collaborative projects.


Experience:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Luxury/premium market knowledge
• B2B, B2C and international experience with a strong digital focus
• Managing agencies & other external resource
• Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on content creation, copywriting, social media, and graphic design.
• Creative portfolio showcasing diverse content and design samples.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from with overtime when required. You will be required to work in the office.

30min paid break and 15min unpaid.


Salary:

• 3 months £24,960 (£12.00ph)
• 12 months £27,040 (£13.00ph) (Following a satisfactory performance review at 3 months)

Further salary reviews and pay increases based on performance.
