Assessor - Care
Due to new contracts we are currently looking to recruit a motivated and organised individual who has a background in the Health & Social care sector can deliver at levels 2/3 0r4/5

Health and Social Care Roles are part time or full time

Location Newtown,Brecon,Llandrindod

Please note this is a post that will require Travel and attendance of HQ in Powys it is not a remote job role


Salary:

£ £23,500 pro rata dependent on skills, qualifications & experience-Trainee Assessor

£23,500 - £28,000 pro rata dependent on skills, qualifications & experience-Qualified Assessor or IQA

What are the core responsibilities of this role?

  • Delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners
  • Providing a quality learning experience and journey
  • Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.
  • Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets

What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?

Essential

  • Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care /Early Years sector, Minimum qualification Level 3 ,team leading/management experience. Minimum of three years experience.
  • Literacy ,numeracy and digital skills minimum level
  • Willingness to work towards Assessor Award
  • Full driving license and use of own vehicle

Desirable

  • Experience of working within Work Based Learning and to Award Body standards
  • Assessor/teaching qualification or equivalent and assessing experience
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualification
  • Welsh speaking
Self-register with the Education Workforce Council as a Work-Based Learning Practitioner

£23,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
