Account Executive

Salary:
£40,000 Basic + £80,000 Commission OTE

If they can offer this to employers all of a sudden they have a solution to challenging questions like "How can we attract more women into the workforce?" and "How can we minimise absenteeism?".

With a solution this powerful,as you can imagine it has already attracted lots of attention from big firms looking to bolster their offerings and increase D&I in their workforces.

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will work remotely but need to be able to access Soho House in London on a monthly basis for team meet ups etc.

You will also work alongside another Account Executive who has recently joined the team.
Skills/ qualities

A passion for creating a fair working culture for all
Ideally experience in demo'ing a SaaS product and closing deals
Experienced in Sales Development
Able to resonate with senior HR stakeholders
Ready to work in a small startup where things change rapidly and you have to provide your own structure to make things happen
