Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Handle escalated customer complaints or inquiries with empathy and patience

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,598.50 per year

  • Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
