Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle escalated customer complaints or inquiries with empathy and patience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From £25,598.50 per year
