- Liaising as necessary with all stakeholders to ensure apprentice recruitment targets are met
- Support any other office and training centre administration procedures including occasional reception cover and exam invigilation
- Occasional travel to offsite recruitment events and graduation ceremonies may be required
Qualifications
- Work collaboratively with internal and external training stakeholders at all levels
- Work with exceptional diligence and accuracy always
- Possess strong persuasive, administrative and planning skills
- Be customer and solution oriented with a service provider attitude
- Be flexible and adaptable to undertake a variety of tasks
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including a confident and persuasive telephone manner
- Understand brand value and reputation
