Description
This building services consultancy provides services to a range of clients across the construction industry. They have invested in the latest software, and have a strong training and development programme.

Graduates have previously joined the business and done very well. They are now looking for a graduate to join the team in their Nottingham office.

You will be working with experienced engineers and learning from them, working drawings from sketches and discussions, and producing detailed and complex Building Services Designs (for example ductwork, pipework, and cable trays) in both 2D and 3D.

This will be using REVIT, MEP, and AutoCAD Software, and some knowledge of at least one is required. You can learn the others as part of the role.

You will also be liaising with clients, professional teams, contractors and colleagues in other departments; so you should be happy speaking with people and asking questions, and using your problem-solving skills to come up with solutions.

Your degree should have some relation, perhaps something Construction related (the knowledge of building services is important). And you should have some evidence of Maths skills, for example a GCSE.

You will be undertaking continued learning as part of the role, perhaps on a day-release format.

The business offers a cycle to work scheme, though the officer is also well served by public transport.

There are regular team socials and events, and there is also the opportunity to help raise money for charity if you would like to.
