Our client based in St. Helens, Merseyside, is looking for a Licensed Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join them at their St. Helens offices.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

St. Helens, Merseyside

£30,000 - £40,000
You will be tasked with handling your own full caseload of Conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including but not limited to:

  • Sale and Purchase
  • Freehold and lease hold transactions
  • Some limited plot sale and shared ownership and remortgage work


This is a rare chance to join a Local firm with over 100 years of History practicing law in the North West.
