The Opportunity


Here at Diligenta, we are looking for an RCA & CI Analyst to Undertake effective Root Cause Analysis using industry standard theoretical approaches to analysis across all contractual and regulatory areas of the business as required, including complaints,breaches and quality results.

This person will provide RCA, CI and the Digital Enablement Team with improvement, driving insight via effective analysis and reporting using a wide range of data streams available across the operation.


You'll be:


  • Supporting the delivery of first class customer outcomes by effectively supporting the implementation, and measurement of success in insights delivered, to enable delivery of meaningful operational transformation
  • Conducting RCA work according to industry standard theoretical approaches including "5 Whys" and producing reports to be reviewed by senior management team
  • Developing an understanding of the "Systems Thinking" theory to the analysis undertaken to identify the true rootcause to support the delivery of meaningful change to the operation
  • Supporting Continuous Improvement Delivery Leads in the design and implementation of Continuous Improvement solutions to the operation whilst undertaking further RCA analysis during and post change delivery
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business in order to obtain/exchange information to identify recommendations for improvement
  • Have exposure to an operational work environment
  • Have a good understanding of the Financial Services industry
  • Can demonstrate skills when handling data by utilising Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Are able to develop effective relationships with customers and clients by building credibility
  • Are people orientated with strong communication and presentational skills
