A&A Electrical are looking for an enthusiastic individual to jbe in control of E-Commerce administration and help onboard customers.Main Duties and responsibilities
- Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist to the marketing, IT, sales, and transformation Teams.
- Able to use multiple systems to compare and complete tasks.
- Communicate and coach staff to achieve hourly, daily, monthly goals.
- Assist in maintaining an updated inventory and order products as needed.
- Have a basic understanding of image generation and use on the web.
- Work with customer service to resolve issues and keep customers happy.
- Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner.
- Retrieve and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
- Process the orders through the E-Commerce system.
- Communicate across functions/teams when timing and/or strategy shifts occur.
- Troubleshoot errors in processing and orders.
- Create and implement incentives for performance above expected minimums.
- Provide robust feedback on testing processes and schedules.
- Proactive in recognising change in relation to customer requirements.
- Use and understand analytics on the Ecommerce business to yield improvements.
- Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance.
- Customer engagement is key for development phase.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education:
