A&A Electrical are looking for an enthusiastic individual to jbe in control of E-Commerce administration and help onboard customers.


Main Duties and responsibilities

• Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist to the marketing, IT, sales, and transformation Teams.
• Able to use multiple systems to compare and complete tasks.
• Communicate and coach staff to achieve hourly, daily, monthly goals.
• Assist in maintaining an updated inventory and order products as needed.
• Have a basic understanding of image generation and use on the web.
• Work with customer service to resolve issues and keep customers happy.
• Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner.
• Retrieve and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
• Process the orders through the E-Commerce system.
• Communicate across functions/teams when timing and/or strategy shifts occur.
• Troubleshoot errors in processing and orders.
• Create and implement incentives for performance above expected minimums.
• Provide robust feedback on testing processes and schedules.
• Proactive in recognising change in relation to customer requirements.
• Use and understand analytics on the Ecommerce business to yield improvements.
• Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance.
• Customer engagement is key for development phase.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
