At Dale Farm, we believe our success is built on our people, and so as we embark on our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking to recruit for the following permanent role based at our Head office, Dale Farm House in Belfast.


HR Advisor
As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and managers across the Group.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, engagement, performance management, recruitment, and company policies.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to both join a vibrant welcoming team and for professional growth and development within the field of human resources.


Key areas of responsibility include:


  • Provide timely and accurate advice to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and facilitating resolution in accordance with company policies and legislation.
  • Support the lifecycle of employees from recruitment and onboarding through performance and development, compensation to offboarding.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
  • Stay uptodate on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver appropriate HR training as required
  • To ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained always.


You will have a strong understanding of HR best practice and employment law, proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality and have strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement in complex situations.

You should also be highly proficient in Microsoft office and HRIS systems.


Additionally you will need to flexible to travel to any of our sites and have access to your own transport.
