- £10- £13 PAYE (Paid Weekly by an Umbrella Company)

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is a familiarity and expertise in using Microsoft IT packages including outlook.

You must have experience and in diary management, with excellent IT skills and a professional telephone manner.

You will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional skills in customer care and, in particular, ensure all matters relating to your work are dealtwith in a sensitive and timely manner.

You will be able to adapt and prioritise your workload and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be highly organised, reliable and efficient and will have a flexible approach to their role, and able to work on their own initiative.

Duties will include proactive forward planning, diary management and support relevant meetings. You will also be responsible for raising orders and dealing with invoices.

As an experienced personal assistant you should possess excellent organisational skills and be used to working with senior colleagues in a complex, busy environment.

In addition, you will be required to arrange and attend meetings including agreeing agendas,collation and distribution of papers, minute taking, and maintaining up to date action logs.
