I am looking for an experienced Stock Administrator to work on a project for my quickly growing client.


The purpose of this role will be to set up a wide ranging catalogue of products on the ERP system, ensuring product details and stock levels are tracked and controlled.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data cleansing existing system
  • Inputting all products onto ERP system, with codes, descriptions and reorder levels
  • Working closely with internal operational teams
  • Ongoing responsibility for keeping all products and processes up to date
  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure stock is up to date and labelled correctly.
  • Assist with regular stock checks and updates, including yearend stock take.
  • Providing regular reports on service and other operational information.
You must be an adept user of the Microsoft suite; particularly in regard to Excel and Word.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
