EE Homes are looking to recruit an Eco Submissions Administrator.Our Submissions team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ECO Submissions Administrator. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team based in Coventry.
The successful applicant must have experience of the Energy Company Obligation Industry. You will also have excellent attention to detail and be computer literate.
The role
- Analysing and preparing ECO submission paperwork to be submitted to utilities and/or manageing agents in accordance with the Ofgem guidance
- Booking appointments for surveys and installs and coordinating with third party contractors to manage these appointments
- Inputting key information accurately into internal databases/CRM systems
- Creating insurance guarantees/warranties for products we install on external portals
- Submitting and uploading documentation to utility portals
- Working in a fastpaced environment towards internal and external monthly deadlines
- Providing support to other team members and covering absences as required
- General administration duties and ADHOC requests
Experience/Personal Attributes required
- 2 years experience within the Eco Industry in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional and positive attitude and approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Be able to communicate effectively with members of your team and other members of staff within the business
- Be highly motivated with a cando attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
- Strong knowledge or Microsoft office suite especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
