Project Coordinator

Contract Length: 6 months


Location:
Central London (Hybrid)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the preparation and implementation of the project plans to ensure these are up to date and include operational considerations
  • Supervising and tracking adherence to timeframes and deliverable completion
  • Reporting and escalating issues to Business Lead as needed
  • Working with and providing guidance to direct the work of business analysts Scheduling and facilitating meetings.
  • Ensuring relevant meeting materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Tracking project expenses
  • Determines own work priorities and activities in line with agreed plans to ensure the achievement of personal and team objectives
  • Where appropriate, ensure that specialized project management methodologies, tools and templates are applied and used effectively on all projects
  • Compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes and company policies and procedures
  • Support in management of project reporting to ensure relevant parties are kept up to date
  • Assist in development and measurement of project KPIs to ensure projects achieve their deliverables
  • Ensure documentation of policy, process and procedures are up to date
  • Represent or be involved with corporate projects, committees, change management programs as required

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Good external communication skills (verbal, written & presentation) in dealing with third party / client relationship management
  • Good project management skills to plan, motivate and achieve required deadlines
  • Strong relationship building and ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholder
  • Ability to use project systems in a highly effective way
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£204.00-£250.00 per day
