We are currently looking for a Welder/Fabricator to assist a busy fabrication workshop based in Newton Aycliffe.


Requirements:


  • All aspects of steel fabrication
  • Working with sheet metalwork
  • Working in a Engineering environment with technical drawings
  • Welder (MIG/ TIG)
  • Using Press Brake, Guillotine, Plasma cutting machine
  • Sanding, grinding, sawing, drilling, pressing, painting/ prep work.
  • General Housekeeping
  • Thursday.
    They have just recently transitioned to a 4day working week across all departments. We are closed Friday's. Overtime is often available.

Salary:
£12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Experience:


  • MIG welding: 1 year (preferred)
  • Fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
