Key Responsibilities:
- Must be available at short notice to cover sickness and leave.
- Any additional reasonable duties requested by operational management.
- Must be available to work dayshifts, nightshifts, and weekends.
- To respond to preplanned or significant events and to provide an initial first response to any such events.
- Identifying suspicious, criminal events and ensuring an effective guarding response.
- Protect the premises, property and personnel from theft, criminal damage, and violence.
- Patrol the site to prevent fire, flood, theft, and damage.
About You:
-
_ Applicants must have the right to work in the UK_:
- Proven background in Security with an emphasis on Corporate Security & retail security.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience of issue and conflict resolution.
- Able to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit OCS and client.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Flexible in approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- Competent IT Skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint);
- SIA DS & CCTV licence
