Description
You will be the point of contact and in charge of managing Customer relationships and support Global Regional Sales Managers.
The role will oversee building long-term relationships with customers ensuring all queries and concerns relating to our products are addressed.
Pump quoting, order entry and managing customer service queries.Previous experience in managing global clients, account management and dealing with customers within 24 hours.
Experience in managing global customer experience, good written and verbal communication, proficient at using Salesforce, use of JDE is advantageous.
