Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced PA/Business Partner to support the office of our CEO and Chair.

  • Day-to-day diary management of the CEO/Chair's diaries, ensuring there are regularly informed and reminded of meetings they are expected to attend and draft their briefs for such meetings.
  • Organising and servicing the Executive Team meetings and the Chair's meetings with NEDs.
  • Undertaking complex and detailed information analysis of specific activities/ reports requiring high levels of concentration, which may require comparing a range of options.
  • Drafting, preparing and writing the CEO/Chair's Reports including briefs to internal and external meetings.
  • Support and manage the Senior Leader Forums that are chaired by the CEO.
  • Lead on Quality Improvement projects within the portfolio, working closely with the Quality improvement team to develop and manage specific projects for the improvements of services provided within the team.
  • Provide administration support to the wider team when required including supporting Non
  • Executive Directors with queries and asks.
  • Manage expense claims for both the CEO/ Chair.
  • Provide administration support to the West Midlands Provider CEO Collaborative on a monthly basis.
  • Update, maintain, manipulate data, gather and analyse information to predict/meet future organisational and team needs by identifying best professional practice.
  • Provide coordination of and participate in relevant meetings, reporting attendance and providing information advice and support where requested.

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
