As a Customer Service Administrator you'll be handling admin and phone work. You'll be doing around 30 outbound and inbound calls a day and managing admin work. 2 days on the phones, 3 days working admin.

Our client based in Haywards Heath are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their customer service team.


Description

The Main Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator

  • Admin tasks
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow all data protection security
  • Comply with the requirements, and act in accordance with, the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values and guidelines and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times

  • Working in a customer services environment

  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
