We are looking for a Site Security Lead to join us at our client site in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, who are a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation which has subsidiaries including Peugeot, Citroen and Chrysler.

The responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at preventing and detecting security breaches. This includes conducting surveillance, patrolling, and controlling access to facilities. In emergencies, the Site Security Lead respond promptly to manage and mitigate risks, protecting individuals and property.

The collaborative efforts of the Site Security Lead with law enforcement, when required, contribute significantly to the creation and maintenance of a safe and protected environment.

The Role
Full time, 42 hours per week, 0700 to 1900, 4 week cycle, 2 days, 2 off, 3 nights, 2 off, 2 days, 3 off, 2 nights, 2 off, 3 days, 2 off, 2 nights, 3 off.

A typical day in the life as a Site Security Lead**- Support strategic security and fire protection operations for the local business units within the area by developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the local organisation and operational leaders.

Consult with local operations and business unit leadership to ensure their satisfaction with security services provided.
Support the development and implementation of crisis management plans. Act as the Security Representative on the Crisis Management Team as required
Inform Global Security and respective leadership regarding important security and fire related incidents and activities.

SIA Licence
Driving Licence
Experience with consistent and effective communication at the highest level of the assigned business units, including personal security briefings with the top executives of the assigned business units.
Demonstrated leadership skills such as, communications and decisionmaking
Appropriate knowledge of security operations.
