Description
We are looking for an ambitious Internal Accounts Executive (IAE) to join the team at Birkdale.

As an IAE you are the driver in the team, creating opportunities for the Area Sales Managers to develop, which in turn is followed through to secure an order.


We are looking for someone who can become a trusted advisor to the customers within their region and build effective relationships with them to maximize the sales turnover and GP revenues.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Generate the required number of MCIs that lead directly to strengthened/deeper customer relationships and consequently to achieving sales and GP targets.
  • Ensure each enquiry is followed up within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all quotes are followed up within 24 hours of being sent to the customer.
  • Ensure the CRM system is updated daily.
  • Support ASM in creating regional promotional campaigns.
  • Attend national sales meetings as required.
  • Attend regional sales meeting to keep their ISM and SSE up to speed.
  • Attend quarterly appraisals with ASM.
  • Attend regular and engage with sales training events with the ASM.
  • Ensure the sales pipeline is accurate and updated daily.
  • Attend exhibitions/conferences as required.
  • The ability to write crisp, clear, engaging, and accurate quotes.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness ability to understand the business landscape.
  • Courteous and humble nature.
  • Can Do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and driven to meet fast track deadlines.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.
