Description

Your mission will be to deliver a first class service to the operational site, ensuring all aspects of the estimation process are carried out and that the latest repair methods are used.

• Ensure all estimations are carried out in line with industry guidelines.
• Estimates are documented using approved estimation apparatus.
• Prioritizing workloads to ensure effective and effective progress of estimate to admin and technicians.
• Carry out estimates offsite and when requested by customers.
• Communicate latest repair methods with Technical team.
• Warranty repairs are carried out in line with customer guidelines.
• Continuous development and certification of estimating systems.
• Compliance with all group operating procedures and standards.
• Ensure work areas remain tidy with a strong focus on safe operating practices.
• Review and improve processes to develop workshop efficiencies.
• Adhoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager.
• ATA accreditation.
• 5 years of work experience in vehicle inspection.
• Up to date knowledge of latest estimating systems.
• Customer oriented and team player.
