Description

The role will be based in the Grosvenor Services Night Team at Westfield London. Working flexible hours with one hour for lunch break. 35 hours a week, 4 days on and 4 days off.

The role will be to

Experience in customer service delivery and a proven track record on delivering excellent standards.

Capable of working on own initiative and unsupervised.

Good knowledge of computer-based systems (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)

Good knowledge of H&S procedures and policies

Good Knowledge in using the Equipment and Machines on site.

Flexibility regarding working hours.

Ensure that all payroll and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted according to set deadlines.

Ensure that all sites have correct levels of supplies and equipment in good working order.

Liaise with the operational management team on daily basis.

Ensure all operational issues are dealt with effectively.

Provide management a report as required.
