Broadway Academy is a high performing academy in North Birmingham, and we believe in the potential of every student. Because of this, we are not looking for ordinary run-of-the-mill Cover Supervisors.
If you are ambitious, enthusiastic and are looking to help support the Academy to inspire the next generation, joining the Cover Supervisors team at Broadway is a fantastic opportunity for you.
The Roleyou will be able to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. The school requires a flexible, hardworking person to carry out varied cover and support duties in a busy school
will have a high level of written and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
will be able to work on his or her own initiative, possess exceptional organisational skills and have experience of mentoring and providing support to identified students
previous experience in a school environment would be advantageous but not necessary, as training will be provided
