**BRIEF OUTLINE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Contracts Manager for a client of ours that has provided M&E office and warehouse fit outs throughout UK for over two decades.

**ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an established contractor that has provided M&E engineering services to the commercial, industrial, hospitality and healthcare sectors for over 20 years.


With an employee base of ?70 and multi-million turnover annually, they offer the opportunity to work with an industry leading company and exposure to diverse projects with an increase of over 40% in turnover.

**ABOUT THE ROLE

Contracts manager role includes the monitoring and control of projects, ensuring health, safety, environmental and quality compliance is maintained whilst working within project budgets alongside the company?s procedures and objectives.

**ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
4+ years? relevant Contract Managing experience, preferably within a mechanical and electrical environment

Extensive experience of managing commercial projects within the office and warehouse fit-out sector.

Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, cost control, programme and risk management.

Experience of Microsoft Project.

Knowledge of JCT contracts.

Educated as a minimum to HNC/HND/Degree level (or equivalent) SMSTS.
