As the Head of Partnerships, you will hold a pivotal role in fostering strategic alliances and collaborations to drive growth and innovation within Silent Eight by spearheading our business development initiatives and exploring new partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for cultivating new partner relationships
- Secure and build new partnership relationships
- Develop strategic partnerships with key players in FinTech and related markets
- Lead customized complex negotiation with our strategic partners
- Enable partner deal support, cross functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights
- Manage executivelevel contacts with key partners, including quarterly business reviews and CEO/COO level meetings
- Own all relationships with Silent Eight Partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
- Ensure partners are operating in accordance with our guidelines and brand values
- Monitor industry trends and stay uptodate on competitors and market conditions
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
- Identify new opportunities for quality, high ROI engagements with partners
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in a channel management role with a successful track record of sourcing, executing, and nurturing strategic partnerships
- 10 years experience in the Financial Crime, FinTech, or related industry, to include experience with business development, partnerships, strategic sales and account management, or management consulting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Self starter who requires mínimal supervision
