Job Title:
Lift Supervisor

Location:
Various sites across the UK


Salary:
£16 per hour Monday to Friday


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that all lift operations are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of lift operators and other personnel involved in lift operations.
  • Conduct safety checks and inspections of lifts, and ensure that any defects or faults are reported and rectified.
  • Provide guidance and training to lift operators and other personnel as required.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure that lift operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for lift operations.
  • Ensure that all lift operators are appropriately trained and qualified for the tasks they are assigned.

Requirements:


  • Valid Lift Supervisor certification
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Proven experience as a Lift Supervisor or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of lift operations and relevant regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work away from home for 3 nights a week
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
